105 Studio is a web design and development studio operating in the United States and Argentina. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email us at hello@105.studio.

Information you give us.When you use our contact form or request a site audit, we receive what you enter: your name, email, company, location, website, budget range, the services you’re interested in and your message. We also receive whatever you send us by email or WhatsApp, or share when booking a call.

Information collected automatically.Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we don’t build profiles of visitors.

We use your information to:

• reply to your inquiry and prepare proposals or site audits you request;
• deliver our services if we work together;
• keep the website running and secure.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.

We only share information with service providers that help us run the studio, and only as much as they need:

• Vercel, which hosts this website;
• Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox;
• Google Workspace, which we use for email;
• Calendly, if you book a call, and WhatsApp, if you message us, under their own privacy policies.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and project records for the length of an engagement plus any period required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR in the EU and UK, the CCPA in California and Argentina’s Personal Data Protection Law (No. 25,326), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, and to object to or restrict how we use it.

To make a request, email hello@105.studio. We’ll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We work from the United States and Argentina, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections across the site. No system is completely secure, but we limit what we collect and who can access it.

Our website and services are meant for businesses and aren’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Our site links to other websites, including our clients’ sites, Calendly and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. For how we handle cookies, see our Cookie Policy.
